The best time to visit U.A.E. (Dubai, Abudhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Qaiwain) October-April, when day temperatures aren't so hot like in Philippines and nights are cool with a little rain. Winter days can be quite pleasant. The absolute worst time is July-September, when the humidity and heat are paralyzing. Take along a sweater or perhaps an all-weather coat during the winter.
